Zach serves as Chief of Staff at Julius Capital. 

Before joining Julius Capital, Zach held specialized roles in advancement and development within the Catholic nonprofit sector, including positions at the Diocese of Fort Worth Advancement Foundation and in the Major Gifts office at his alma mater, the University of Dallas. His experience in these mission-driven environments informs his focus on operational excellence and his ability to align financial strategy with organizational values.

Zach holds degrees in Philosophy, Politics, and Ethics from the University of Dallas, where he served as president of the Society of St. Joseph as well as Commentary Editor for the Cor Chronicle. Zach is consecrated to Our Lady and a member of the Militia Immaculata, founded by St. Maximillian Kolbe.
