Keith Sandor is an energy infrastructure executive with 20+ years of experience across the power & utilities and finance sectors, and a proven track record of building and scaling renewable energy platforms across North America. He is the Founder of Nexus Renewables, which he grew to $100+ million in enterprise value over a four-year period before exiting the business in summer 2025.

Previously, Keith led the U.S. market entry for energy storage developer, AYPA (formerly NRStor C&I), helping establish the company’s initial U.S. commercial strategy and development footprint. His experience spans project origination, platform development, capital formation, and execution across regulated and merchant power markets.

Earlier in his career, Keith held senior roles at Ontario Power Generation, EPCOR Utilities, the Independent Electricity System Operator, and Just Energy. He also worked in capital markets at Scotiabank as part of the #1 ranked Energy Infrastructure Equity Research team, developing deep expertise in valuation, transaction analysis, and investor engagement.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and resides in Toronto, Canada, with his wife and three children.
