Keith Sandor
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Keith oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic execution of Julius’ mission to provide 501(c)(3) organizations and church entities with creative, mission-aligned financial solutions. Keith leads the firm’s efforts to design and implement complex financial strategies tailored to each individual client, helping unlock funding for mission-critical projects.
Keith is a former energy infrastructure executive with 20+ years of experience across the power & utilities and finance sectors, and a proven track record of building and scaling renewable energy platforms across North America. He is the Founder of Nexus Renewables, which he grew to $100+ million in enterprise value over a four-year period before exiting the business in summer 2025.
Previously, Keith led the U.S. market entry for energy storage developer, AYPA (formerly NRStor C&I). His experience spans project origination, platform development, capital formation, and execution across regulated and merchant power markets, including senior roles at Ontario Power Generation, EPCOR Utilities, the Independent Electricity System Operator, and Just Energy. He also worked in capital markets at Scotiabank as part of the #1 ranked Energy Infrastructure Equity Research team, developing deep expertise in valuation, transaction analysis, and investor engagement.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and resides in Toronto, Canada, with his wife and three children.
