Drew is a seasoned finance leader with 15 years of experience helping organizations scale with clarity and confidence. His work includes leading finance, accounting, and operations teams through

double-digit annual growth as the former Head of Finance at FOCUS, a $150 million high-growth nonprofit, where he built systems that drove strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Prior to FOCUS, Drew began his career in PwC’s assurance practice and later served in M&A advisory at a leading regional firm in Colorado.

He has advised leadership teams across sectors on aligning financial strategy with organizational mission, ensuring both sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Drew is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado and has served in various financial advisory capacities for mission-driven organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Benedictine College.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking in the Rockies, coaching youth soccer, and creating family adventures both big and small.
