He has founded and grown companies including Avanew Homes, Turnkey Site Solutions, and Mazenga Building Group, one of Toronto’s most exclusive builders, while serving as a partner and board member with Earth Drilling and Harris Drilling.

In his most recent roles, Corey served as Founder & CEO of Subterra Renewables and Core Development, where he redefined the future of sustainable infrastructure and real estate. At Subterra, Corey built North America’s largest geothermal drilling fleet and pioneered an Energy-as-a-Service model that eliminates capital barriers for developers, enabling communities across Canada and the U.S. to transition to renewable, cost-effective heating and cooling solutions.
